Here&#8217;s how they differ:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advocate\"><strong>\u2705 Advocate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Who they are:<\/strong> Assigned by a Champion to help run wellness challenges and quests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What they can do:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create and launch challenges\/quests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access promotional materials for challenges\/quests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track participation via download of challenges\/quests results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scope:<\/strong> Limited to the group they were assigned to (e.g. department, region, team)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ideal for:<\/strong> Distributing the workload and promoting wellness at a local level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-team-captain\"><strong>\ud83e\udde2 Team Captain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Who they are:<\/strong> Participants in a <strong>Team Challenge<\/strong> who are identified as the leader of their team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What they can do:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(Optional) Help form their team if the challenge is set up with manual team assignment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate and organize their teammates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be highlighted on the leaderboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scope:<\/strong> Only applies within their specific team for that one challenge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ideal for:<\/strong> Boosting motivation and accountability during team-based challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bright Breaks has two key support roles that help challenges run smoothly: Advocates and Team Captains.
