This guide will help both <strong>Champions<\/strong> and <strong>Advocates<\/strong> promote their challenge and access participation data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promote-your-challenge-or-quest\"><strong>Promote Your Challenge or Quest<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you click <strong>Publish<\/strong>, a pop-up will appear with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>Canva template<\/strong> to help you create eye-catching visuals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A set of <strong>dynamic promotional scripts<\/strong> personalized with the challenge details you provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also access these promotional materials later by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigating to the <strong>Champion Portal > Challenges tab > My Challenges<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking <strong>Promo<\/strong> on the challenge or quest tile (works whether it is a draft or published)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce2 <strong>Note:<\/strong> Bright Breaks does <em>not<\/em> send automated emails or messages to your organization about the challenge or quest. All promotion must be done manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-track-participation-and-view-results\"><strong>Track Participation and View Results<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Leaderboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To view current standings at any time, click <strong>Preview<\/strong> on your challenge tile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or, visit<a href=\"https:\/\/brightbreaks.com\/challenges\"> brightbreaks.com\/challenges<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Download Detailed Metrics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Results<\/strong> on the challenge or quest tile to download a detailed .csv file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that if you run a team challenge, we will provide you with two CSV files upon download \u2014 one with individual data and one with team data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These exports includes data like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenge Start Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge End Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participant Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participant Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of Breaks (or Steps) Taken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breaks Taken with a Teammate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total Points Earned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quest Progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download this report at any point <strong>during or after<\/strong> the challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2139\ufe0f Use the participation data to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track engagement trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify top participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select winners (manually)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on program success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once your challenge or quest is published in Bright Breaks, it\u2019s time to spread the word and track how things are going.
