The process for setting up a challenge or quest is the same, but permissions may vary based on your role. Choose one that fits your goal:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\ud83c\udfc3 Challenge:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A challenge encourages participants to earn points for taking <\/span><b>live or on-demand breaks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or accumulate <\/span><b>steps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if your organization has access to the Step Challenge feature. <\/span><b>Individual or team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> participation is possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\ud83e\udded Quest:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A quest tasks participants with taking a certain amount of <\/span><b>breaks from specific categories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to complete it. Quests are <\/span><b>individual participation only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as only individuals will appear on the leaderboard as opposed to teams being able to be formed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udccc Take note of the \u2018Rules\u2019 at the top of the template, this will let you know the point system or quest requirements.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><b>Step 4 \u2013 Customize Your Challenge or Quest<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>1. Define Your Challenge<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Title<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (you can customize the pre-filled suggestion)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Description<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (edit to match your team\u2019s goals)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Start &amp; End Dates<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Image<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (update if you\u2019d like) \u2014 recommended size: <\/span><b>608 x 660 px<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can click <\/span><b>Preview<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> anytime to see how the leaderboard will appear to participants<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>2. Challenge Incentives<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prize Title<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Prize Description<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Describe how winners will be selected and how many winners there will be<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advocates:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Check with the person who assigned you to confirm what prizing is available<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udca1 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bright Breaks does not automatically provide prizes unless arranged through support<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>3. Set Challenge Participants<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>For Break &amp; Step Challenges:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose <strong>Team<\/strong> or <strong>Individual<\/strong> competition\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>If <strong>Individual<\/strong> is chosen, select your &#8216;Who can participate&#8217; option to determine:\n<ul>\n<li>if it&#8217;s <strong>open<\/strong> to everyone within your organization (or Advocates, if you have a pre-assigned scope set by your Champion (admin)).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>if you would like to <strong>limit it<\/strong> <strong>by entering email addresses<\/strong> of all those you&#8217;d like to appear on the leaderboard\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>After choosing &#8216;Limited&#8217; click Manage Participants then add participants by either copying a list of email addresses after clicking &#8216;+Add Participants&#8217; or entering them one by one.\n<ul>\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f Double-check emails! Then Choose the number of Teams for the challenge\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;<strong>Build Them&#8217; to build teams manually using email addresses<\/strong>, then click &#8216;Manage Participants to start the team building process.\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>To limit the visibility and participation of the challenge to only those on the teams you create, leave &#8216;Limit Challenge Visibility&#8217; as &#8216;Yes&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Decide if you want to appoint Team Captains on each of the teams and if you would like the Team Captains to recruit team member using a join link.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Decide if you&#8217;d like the team sizes to be limited and by what amount.<\/li>\n<li>Name each team and add participants to each team.\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Double-check emails!
