Reach out to heather@brightbreaks.com to learn more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>About Friends &amp; Family<\/h3>\n<p>This feature allows for Bright Breaks members to invite people from outside of your organization to have their own Bright Breaks account.&nbsp; The number of invites per member depends on the amount determined when this feature was added to your organization&#8217;s Bright Breaks instance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What friends &amp; family members invited can do:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create their own account with the email address the member used to invite them<\/li>\n<li>Access all live and on-demand content<\/li>\n<li>Join live breaks with all existing Bright Breaks members, including those from your organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What friends &amp; family members invited <strong>cannot<\/strong> do:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in or see the leaderboard of your organization&#8217;s quests or challenges<\/li>\n<li>Participate in or see your organization&#8217;s private breaks<\/li>\n<li>Participate in or see the leaderboard of Bright Breaks&#8217; weekly draws<\/li>\n<li>See information about your organization, including the email address or the organization name of the person who invited them. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/5442399.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/5442399\/Assets%20for%20Champions\/Friends%20&amp;%20Family%20Invitation%20Email%20-%20Bright%20Breaks%20(1).png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See the invitation email here.<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Engagement Metrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, the engagement metrics of Friends &amp; Family is not shown in the Champion Portal, but can be shared outside of the platform upon request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is on the roadmap to build a separate section in the Champion Portal to display Friends &amp; Family engagement data.<\/p>\n<h3>Benefits of Friends &amp; Family<\/h3>\n<p>Allowing your organization members to extend Bright Breaks to those they care about will:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give them a practical well-being solution they can easily share with those with who will benefit, saving time and money to search for an alternative,&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Inspire them to further engage in their own well-being by participating in live breaks with their loved ones,<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate that you value the well-being of their loved ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Friends &amp; Family Promotional Materials<\/h3>\n<p>Use this script and image to help get the word out about Friends &amp; Family and encourage them to take advantage of it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Script:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>_ NEW: Share Bright Breaks with Friends &amp; Family!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have you ever wished someone you cared about could benefit from our virtual well-being platform, <a href=\"http:\/\/brightbreaks.com\/book\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bright Breaks<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Now you can make it happen! __<\/p>\n<p>Invite up to ____ people from outside &lt;Org Name&gt; to create their very own Bright Breaks account and be able to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access all of the live and on-demand content on Bright Breaks<\/li>\n<li>Accept invitations to join you in live breaks and vice versa!<\/li>\n<li>Use the Daily Break feature to get breaks suggested in their calendar every day (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They will not see your &lt;work\/school&gt; email address, our organization name, or be added to breaks suggestions in your calendar unless you invite them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Send Invites:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the three orange horizontal lines in the top right corner in Bright Breaks on your web browser<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;Invite Friends&#8217;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">+Add a friend or family member<\/span>&#8216;<\/li>\n<li>Give the person you&#8217;re inviting a heads up that an email will be sent to them from support@brightbreaks.com with the link to create their account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
